For those who don't know I have YouTube channel, and we were planning on playing and recording this long before it came out. Our problem was we didn't think it was going to be that good of a game, not to sound like we weren't excited to play it because we were.
Smooth Gameplay; Nemesis System; Combat; Voice Acting; Traversal
A 'Meh' Story; Average Graphics
Considering the reputation licensed games had in the early 2000s, the Lord of the Rings movie games made out fairly well. Before buying it I've read a few reviews and made my mind to try it. I like the game. For someone with a bit of time and likes the game type, it's good entertainment.
Here is a game to play for challenge and entertainment WITHOUT illicit behavior or foul language! We highly suggest this game for purchase.
great addition to the series. innovative gameplay. must-get for LOTR fans
Shadow of Mordor is the best Lord of the Rings game for nearly a decade, though considering the competition, that isn't really saying much. More importantly, it's a whole lot better than you might expect.
Solid open-world gameplay; Challenging; counter-heavy combat; The brilliant nemesis system; Good use of the license
Mordor isn't known for scenic beauty; Getting overwhelmed can be frustrating

When Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor released in 2014 it caught a lot of people by surprise. It took ideas from other established franchises, such as a combat system similar to the Arkham series and climbing and stealth mechanics not unlike Assassins Creed, but also introduced something wholly...
Compelling story with intriguing characters; Nearly every mechanic has been improved; Combat still feels fast and fluid; Almost endless supply of unscripted moments; Bigger; more beautiful world
Some plotlines end abruptly; Captain/warchief intros interrupt action
