It has a good quality sound, build, and look. Works well over WiFi with the Sonos app across various media.

I'm not an expert but I know clear and good sound when I hear it. The Trueplay is brilliant, you can place your Play:5 wherever you want and get the same quality of sound in each corner of the room. Not going to lie..

Written from my personal experience of owning Sonos speakers already. I bought it to go with my pair of play1s. The 1s sound fantastic, but I was looking to beef up the bass a bit. I considered buying the Sonos sub, but thought it a little expensive. So I decided the Play5 was a good alternative!
